We want you to love your CRA-YON fragrance experience; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened product within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring the fragrance box is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
